Zucchini Quiche

I made this quiche tonight and Jay said that it was the "best quiche he's ever had." Wow! It came out very fluffy with a bit of spice.

Ingredients:
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 tbsp. flour
4 oz. Mexican cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup light cream
1/4 cup 2% milk
frozen pie crust
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sage
pinch cayenne

Brown onion in olive oil. Put onion, zucchini, and flour into pie crust and combine. Add spices. In separate bowl, mix cream, milk, and eggs (you could use all cream, but I wanted to cut down on the fat). Add to pie crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
